It is very important that you know that WE WILL BE TESTING YOU through all this month. SO DON'T BUY THE BOOKS UNTIL WE TELL YOU TO DO SO.

WE WILL ONLY WORK ON THE CAMPUS FOR NOW.

Pautas de aprobación para la materia Inglés.

 

MATERIA INGLÉS

PAUTAS DE APROBACIÓN - 7mo a 3er Año

En cada cuatrimestre se evaluará a los alumnos en los siguientes contenidos nodales:

  • Use of English
  • Reading  Comprehension
  • Writing
  • Speaking
  • Listening  comprehension

La evaluación de cada cuatrimestre se organizará de la siguiente manera:

Cada profesor tomará evaluaciones parciales que comprenderán todos los contenidos nodales. Los exámenes parciales podrán evaluar contenidos nodales en forma individual o no. Por ejemplo, se podrá administrar un test de Writing o un test que incluya dos contenidos nodales, tales como Use of English y Reading.

Además, si es un nivel internacional se rendirá un examen modelo en mitad de año y otro a fin de año brindado por Coordinación de Inglés.

Al final de cada bimestre se entregará una nota parcial y orientativa del trabajo del alumno hasta el momento, la cual no será numérica sino que se encontrará dentro del siguiente rango: Destacado, Avanzado, Suficiente, Inicial, Insuficiente. Además, al final de cada cuatrimestre habrá un examen integrador – cuatrimestral - que abarcará  todos los contenidos vistos hasta ese momento. Con la nota obtenida en este examen, se llegará a la nota de acuerdo con la evolución y progreso académico del estudiante. Para aprobar el cuatrimestre, el alumno tendrá que obtener un promedio de 6 (seis) en cada uno de los cinco contenidos nodales. En esta instancia, en el caso de no alcanzar un promedio de seis en alguno o todos los contenidos nodales, el alumno rendirá cada nodal desaprobado en el período PIA. Una vez aprobados todos los recuperatorios de todos los contenidos nodales, la materia se considerará aprobada y se podrá cerrar la nota.  En el caso de tener sólo un contenido desaprobado en el primer cuatrimestre, el alumno recibirá un aviso para trabajar y fortalecer los contenidos nodales desaprobados.

Las evaluaciones serán calificadas con las denominaciones Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair y Below standard y los recuperatorios (período PIA) con Pass o Fail.

A fin de año habrá un examen final integrador – el segundo cuatrimestral - que comprenderá todo lo visto en el año. En esta instancia, se promedia con las demás notas y en el caso de no alcanzar un promedio de 6 (seis) en alguno o todos los contenidos nodales, el alumno rendirá en el período PIA cada nodal desaprobado. Una vez aprobados todos los recuperatorios de todos los contenidos nodales, la materia se considerará aprobada y se podrá cerrar  la nota. En caso de reprobar el recuperatorio (período PIA) de algún/algunos contenidos nodales, el alumno deberá rendir dichos contenidos  en la instancia de evaluación de diciembre o febrero(si no aprueba en diciembre).

 

Les recordamos que la entrega de los tests de los booklets es obligatoria, como así también la entrega, en el momento que el docente lo requiera, del portfolio con todos los writings escritos realizados durante el año.

También les recordamos que no está permitido el uso de celulares o cualquier otro dispositivo en cualquier actividad a menos que sea indicado por el profesor a cargo. El incumplimiento de esta norma será sancionado por el docente y la Coordinación de Inglés.

In last months I learnt a lot of things, like how the world would work if people cannot go outside, discovered new games and ways to not be bored, I’ve got an electric guitar for my birthday and I even discovered more of my cat’s life, but, the most important thing I’ve done this pandemic months was have good time with my family. My parents are always working and, when they aren’t, I have a lot of homework and I couldn’t have a bit time with them before this lockdown. I think that, if I have to say something good that this quarantine gave me that’s the only one I can say. Maybe there are lots of problems today and maybe, sometimes is difficult to see a good side of this, but there is it. I’m so grateful that I could live this. Thanks, quarantine.

.In this quarantine we learned that we can have zoom with our families, even if we are in different places. We can talk to each other in front of a camera and that's incredible, because we can have a good time together playing or talking about our lives.
Someone may think that he or she wants to see their family physically, but we recognize that we have the opportunity to speak to our friends or family in some way.
These last months, we have learned many things and we value many things.

During these months we gave food and cloth to people that needed it and we started to talk more with our relatives, also we realised that time is too valuable for as. We started helping our parents to clean the house and cooking with them.
Finally we think that the cuarentine isn´t bad enough because this helps you to be more human!

In these last months we have done a lot of zooms with our friends and meet our new classmates. In our freetime, we spend time with our relatives, watching films and playing games and we lerned how to cook. We also have helped our pearents tyding up the house. This quarantine have helphed us making new things that we didn t know we were going to do.
